(the Child must be 4 by June 1st and have attended a PreK program prior to VBS)

I hereby release and indemnify the Diocese of Amarillo, the Bishop, the parish where I am registering, the staff and volunteers, and the Totus Tuus team from all claims for personal injuries of property damage that my child(ren) may suffer while participating in this program.

- Children participating in the PreK/Kinder VBS Program will meet in the Parish Life center , then with their group, will walk to the Annex building for their morning activities. They will be dismissed from the Annex building at Noon. Please, plan to pick your child/children up there .
